Studioink ("we", "our", "us") operates the Plotbook service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Canva app or visit our website.

By using Plotbook, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access the Service.

2. Data We Collect

Information you provide

  • Email address (via Canva OAuth or account creation);
  • Payment information (processed directly by Paddle — we never store card details);
  • Text prompts submitted to generate coloring pages.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages generated, features used, timestamps);
  • Device and browser information;
  • IP address and approximate geographic region;
  • Canva user ID (provided by Canva during app authorization).

3. How We Use Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service;
  • Process payments and manage credits;
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, credit alerts);
  • Improve the AI generation quality;
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your prompts to train external AI models. Prompt data may be retained internally for abuse detection for up to 90 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Supabase (database), Paddle (payments), Replicate (AI generation), Vercel (hosting). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements.
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of your data;
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities;
