1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plotbook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plotbook is an AI-powered coloring book creation tool integrated with Canva. The Service allows users to generate coloring page illustrations from text prompts for personal or commercial use, subject to the plan purchased.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Credits & Billing

The Service operates on a credit system. Each generated coloring page consumes one credit. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over. One-time credit packs do not expire.

Payments are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. Subject to your subscription plan, you are granted a license to use, reproduce, and distribute the generated images for personal or commercial use (e.g., Amazon KDP publishing).

Free plan users receive a personal-use-only license. Pro and Studio plan subscribers receive a full commercial license including rights to sell derivative works.

The Plotbook platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the sole property of Studioink and its affiliates.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable;
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Depicts minors in sexual or violent contexts;
• Is used for spam, phishing, or other deceptive practices;
• Attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit the underlying AI models.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice or refund.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any generated image for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIOINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
